When should I submit an application for admission?

The Admissions Office starts accepting applications normally in November every year for admission into the academic year beginning the following August. We accept applications at other times if a place is available. If there is a possibility that you might relocate to Delhi, you should submit all required application documents and payments as soon as possible in person or via email or by post. An application is processed only when all required documents and necessary payments have been submitted.

How should my child's confidential recommendations be submitted?

Confidential recommendations are school-to-school documents and must arrive at the Admissions Office directly from either the teacher or the school of the applicant. Confidential recommendations may be sent via email, fax, or post in a sealed/stamped envelope. Obtaining the confidential recommendations is the responsibility of the parents, even during the holidays.

What are the next steps once the application is submitted?

Once an application is complete (all required documents have been submitted and appropriate fee payments have been made) the applicant’s name will be put on the waiting list. Admission will be offered in place of leavers from the class, which may be at any point in the academic year. The Admissions Office will get in touch with you whenever a place is available as per your waiting list status.

When do I have to pay the school tuition fees?

When the school makes the offer of admission, the fees for students residing in India are to be paid within five working days of the date of the invoice. Fees for students residing abroad are to be paid within ten working days of the date of the invoice.

Is there a school uniform?

Yes, we have school uniforms for students. Uniforms may be bought from the school on specific days of the week. During semester breaks, the uniforms are available for a longer period at the school premises. Details are sent via email.

Does the school have buses for students?

Yes, we have school vehicle for students.

Does the school offer after-school activities?

There is a variety of after-school/afternoon activities on offer for primary and secondary students. Primary activities are voluntary and take place daily for primary students and on Mondays and Wednesdays for Key Stage 3 students as part of their timetable.
